- Install hugo.
- Install dart-sass.
- `cd themes/blowfish && npm install`

### Each time

```bash
npm run dev # Loads Tailwind CSS in watch mode
hugo server # Starts the Hugo server
```

## Deploy

```bash
scripts/deploy.sh
```
