Setup instructions
Install dependencies:
Follow the instructions to set up a dnsmasq machine.
Follow the instructions to set up cluster nodes.
Set up cluster services:
./setup/cluster/setup-all.sh
Now make sure everything works:
./setup/cluster/validate-setup.sh
