d31ab762f8 Bump bookwyrm, jitsi, librebooking, decidim 
- bookwyrm: 0.8.6 -> 0.9.3 (deployment + worker)
- jitsi: all components to stable-11248-2 (web, jicofo, jvb, prosody)
- librebooking: 5.1.0 -> 7.1.0
- decidim: 0.31.0 -> 0.31.6 (patch bump, custom image)
