05b28cb584 Rename Castle -> Wild PC across the repo
Repo-side rename only (Phases 1-3 of the migration plan); the live box
(~/.castle, systemd units, /data/castle, domains) is a separate cutover.

- Slug `castle` -> `wildpc`: CLI command, module names (wildpc_core/cli/api),
  dist names, entry point `wildpc = wildpc_cli.main:main`.
- Identifiers: CastleConfig/NATSClient/DirError/MDNS -> Wildpc*.
- Env/constants: CASTLE_* -> WILDPC_*; ~/.castle -> ~/.wildpc, castle.yaml ->
  wildpc.yaml, /data/castle -> /data/wildpc.
- Systemd UNIT_PREFIX castle- -> wildpc-; own programs castle-api/gateway/etc.
- Display prose "Castle" -> "Wild PC" in docs, agent-guide files, README, frontend.
- Package dirs and bootstrap yaml renamed via git mv; lockfiles regenerated;
  redundant nested uv.lock files dropped (workspace root lock is authoritative).

Tests: core 273, cli 47, wildpc-api 120 all pass. Frontend type-checks + builds.
Fixed a stale test fixture (secret_env_path kind arg) broken pre-rename.

10a86d0b6f kind is a deployment property, not a program property
A program has no single kind — it HAS deployments, each with its own kind (a
program can be a tool AND a job, e.g. protonmail). Remove program-level kind:

- core: drop ProgramSpec.kind; CastleConfig.kind_of → deployments_of(name) →
  [(deployment-name, kind)]; tools property derives from a tool deployment.
- api: ProgramSummary drops kind/services/jobs → deployments: [{name, kind}];
  /programs?kind= filters by deployment-kind membership; a program's legacy
  DeploymentSummary carries kind=None.
- cli: list/info show a program's set of deployment kinds; --kind filters by
  membership.

Also: Services page now covers statics — /services returns kind in
{service, static} (both are exposed, URL-reachable 'services', caddy vs systemd),
and ServiceSummary gains kind + manager to distinguish them.

Suites: core 124, cli 25, castle-api 58.

317232ca6a Manager-first deployment model: split runner, merge service/job, frontend→static
Replace the conflated `runner` axis with two orthogonal ones: `manager`
(systemd|caddy|path|none) — who supervises/realizes a deployment — and, for
systemd only, a nested `launcher` (python|command|container|compose|node) — how
the process starts. ServiceSpec and JobSpec collapse into one manager-
discriminated DeploymentSpec union (Systemd/Caddy/Path/Remote); the services/
and jobs/ config dirs collapse into one deployments/ dir. The human "kind"
(service|job|tool|static|reference) is fully derived (kind_for), never stored —
the frontend kind is renamed static. behavior is gone.

- core: DeploymentSpec union + LaunchSpec + kind_for; legacy-aware loader
  normalizes old runner shapes; CastleConfig.deployments with derived
  services/jobs/tools views; registry.Deployment carries manager/launcher/kind.
- cli: service/job/tool as filtered views + a deployment group; --behavior→--kind,
  create --runner→--launcher; lifecycle dispatches over config.deployments.
- castle-api: /deployments primary with /services,/jobs as views; summaries
  derive kind; PUT/DELETE /config/deployments/{name} (services/jobs aliased).
- app: KindBadge, frontend→static everywhere, pick-a-kind creation wizard,
  per-kind config editors.
- docs: single deployments/ layout, manager/launcher, static kind throughout.

Live migration verified byte-identical: regenerated Caddyfile and every unit
ExecStart line unchanged, so nothing restarted. Suites: core 124, cli 25,
castle-api 55; dashboard build + type-check clean.

a5dcb6b346 feat: CLI consistency pass — unified args, verbs, and status
#1 Positional dest unified to `name` across info + dev verbs (was `project`).
#2 install/uninstall help now states the activate semantics (tool→PATH,
   service/job→systemd, frontend→served) rather than 'to PATH'.
#4 `service status` (a plural op) moved to `services status`; the singular
   `service` group is enable/disable only.
#5 `list --behavior` now filters the program *catalog* by its real behavior
   field. behavior (what a program is) and service/job (how it's deployed) are
   separate axes: `list` shows a Programs catalog plus Services/Jobs deployment
   views; a behavior filter scopes the catalog only.
#6 `list` uses lifecycle.is_active uniformly for the status dot (tool on PATH /
   service running / job timer / static frontend served) instead of registry
   presence.
#7 New `castle restart <name>` — restart a service (unit) or job (timer).
#8 New `castle status` — unified services + jobs + programs activation view.
#9 New `castle format [name]` dev verb (ruff format / pnpm format); wired into
   stacks DEV_ACTIONS + handlers.
#10 New `castle up` — deploy + start everything in one shot.

Docs: CLAUDE.md command reference refreshed. Tests updated to the two-axis
list model (+ a daemon-behavior program fixture). core 92 · cli 24 · api 52
green; ruff clean.
