340f469b3d feat(core): single-source data_dir/repos_dir via castle.yaml
The `castle` CLI and the `castle-api` service are two independent in-process
drivers of `castle_core`. Each resolved DATA_DIR/REPOS_DIR at import time from
its own process env (default /data/castle), persisted nowhere — so they silently
diverged, and `apply`/dashboard-apply crashed on a non-existent /data.

Make the loaded CastleConfig the single source of truth:
- Resolve data_dir/repos_dir only in load_config (env > castle.yaml > default),
  anchored to the config root; drop the DATA_DIR/REPOS_DIR module globals and the
  import-time file read entirely — no global twin that can disagree with the file.
- Thread config.data_dir/repos_dir through ensure_dirs, _env_context, tls_dir_for
  (now unified — deploy no longer inlines the tls path), and create/add/clone.
- ensure_dirs raises an actionable CastleDirError instead of a bare PermissionError;
  the api surfaces it as 422.
- doctor: "data dir writable" check + WARN when CASTLE_DATA_DIR/REPOS_DIR env
  overrides the file (the one remaining cross-process divergence vector).
- install.sh persists data_dir/repos_dir into castle.yaml (idempotent, non-default).
- Docs: registry.md globals + AGENTS.md roots.

5d15d18e1d api: POST /apply converge endpoint; enabled in summaries
- Replace POST /deploy with POST /apply (name + plan), returning the
  enacted diff (activated/restarted/deactivated/unchanged). /config/apply
  now delegates to core apply() too, so there's one convergence path.
- Retire /services/{name}/start and /stop (keep /restart as the
  imperative bounce). Drop install/uninstall from program actions — tool/
  static activation is convergence now.
- Surface `enabled` on ServiceSummary/JobSummary/DeploymentSummary so the
  UI can show and toggle desired state.
- conftest: drop the obsolete config_editor.get_registry patch (apply_config
  no longer reads the registry directly).

59 API tests pass; route table shows /apply (no /deploy), /restart only.

691216b04e refactor: Extract deploy logic to castle-core and add deploy API endpoint
- Extract all deploy logic from CLI into castle-core/deploy.py as a reusable deploy() function
  * Resolves services/jobs to DeployedComponents
  * Generates systemd units and Caddyfile
  * Copies frontend assets and reloads systemd
  * Returns DeployResult with deployed count and messages
- Simplify CLI deploy command to a thin wrapper calling castle_core.deploy()
- Add POST /deploy endpoint to castle-api for remote deployment management
  * Supports optional {name} body param to deploy one or all services
  * Returns deployment result as JSON
- Register deploy router in castle-api main.py
- Update README with new deploy endpoint documentation

This enables full remote management: build, test, lint, and deploy any castle
node over HTTP (e.g. POST http://node:9000/api/deploy)
